Ideal, trendy boutique property. Air conditioned and impeccably clean rooms with balcony, magnificent location.

The hotel is perfect, has very welcoming staff and nice courtyard views. The positives include particularly good location and parking onsite.

We have booked twin room with overall nice facilities. All of the staff was very welcoming and attentive to guests.

The area was awful.

Clean place, staff was super friendly and amicable. This location was great and excellent, short walk to the train station as well as many restaurants. 18th arr. District was worth staying in.

There were very hard beds.

Medium priced hotel in a pretty quiet area close to the Marx Dormoy metro station, the Eiffel Tower and downtown. Brand-new and tasteful rooms with an air conditioner, a safe, and a balcony. Great view from the window, large bed.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to hotel's affable and welcoming staff. The setting was quite great and magnificent within easy reach of a public park. You could walk to a market and a bakery.

The bathroom was quite small.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered queen room with a single bed.

The rooms are tasteful and good sized, and are complete with a great terrace, a view of Sacre Couer, for example. This property is in a marvellous location, close to the Eiffel Tower, the train station, and many restaurants. There is Chez Meunier nearby for a cup of coffee.

My stay was wonderful on our vacation. The single room was air-conditioned and impeccably clean with coffee, a single bed, a balcony. The staff were amicable, doing great job. The location was magnificent, 10 min walk from bus station. Furthermore, the area was quiet.

The location in a calm area was magnificent and there were a market and a bakery nearby. Btw, the airport was 25 km away.

The bedroom was a decent size and tasteful. A walk-in shower was big size and everything was fine. As for me, the location was excellent, very close to many restaurants, Max Dumoy metro stop and the Marx Dormoy metro station. I found Blackjack Beers offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

I asked for queen room and it was good-sized and well-equipped with a balcony.

The food was good, drinks were hot. I did not want to leave and would come back for sure.

It was trip and we will come back. Everything was perfectly fine, the wifi was good. Our room had a very clean bed and a delightful view. Executive king room had a comfy bed. The bathroom was fairly clean and included a walk-in shower, which I greatly enjoyed. The location was great and excellent - within short walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go.

We lovely spend 2 nights in Paris. The single room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was modern with a single bed.

A such great stay on our vacation. Marvellous and excellent location to many shops, 20 min on foot to Baignade de la Villette. Also - really close to the subway, and the Eiffel Tower.

The place provides reasonable prices. The units are perfect, good-sized. Courtyard view from the window is particularly nice. It has supper friendly, accommodating staff.

We were given an executive room with a single bed upon arrival.

I lovely spend 4 nights in Paris. The location was great for me as it was near to a Green metro station as well as bakeries. Ate at New Thai San, it's not too far from the venue.

Nothing too much trouble, do recommend this hotel. It's a perfect place. The staff are amiable and excellent and deserve a 3-star rating. The location is particularly good, close to many restaurants. And it's nestled in a very comfortable building close enough to transport, the train station and Max Dumoy metro stop. Paris is good for trip, Marx Dormoy underground station is nearby.

Extra care from the affable and excellent staff. Location near to Max Dumoy metro stop, Paris and the train station. For tea or coffee visit Au Roi du Cafe nearby.

Location: the hotel was close enough to Paris, and the train station. Apart from that, a large interactive science museum was 10 minutes' drive away. The rooms were air-conditioned, especially those with a great terrace, balcony and a single bed. Having a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets was a bonus.

We stayed 2 nights and it was a great fit. We liked the view of the courtyard. Marx dormoy tube station was relatively near the hotel...

It was good and we will be back. The restaurant was located within 200 metres. Their barman was GOAT
