The units are brand-new, great-sized. A bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

The location in a lovely area was great and stunning and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. We stayed for 1 night here, loved 12th arr. District. Our triple room was adequate with modern decor.

I took a twin room with bedside tables, a double bed, the internet. An electric kettle and fridges were an advantage. The hotel was set in a central area near to a metro, and main monuments. Also, it was 3 km from a scientifically spellbinding museum.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, to sink area with a bakery and supermarkets within walking distance. The staff was efficient and excellent, took good care of everyone.

The venue has perfect setting in 12th arr. District near a metro station nearby with good connections to nice parts of the city, transport links at Gare de Lyon and and a supermarket nearby, and the train station and subway stations.

The location is magnificent, by an asian restaurant where you can have a rice meal. Btw, it's set in 12th arr. District next to Opéra Bastille, metro and grocery, and bars, coffee shops, transport routes and walking distance to many attractions and amenities.

This was a real good stay on our first visit to Paris. Overall it was well-appointed exactly like in picture. The accommodation had a central location away from the busier area around the station.

the hotel was in the central setting in a walking distance of everything. besides, we were so close to bastille opera house, the citytour bus stops across the street, and the gare de lyon.

An electric kettle and a refrigerator were nice. The location was incredible and awesome, within walking distance of Jardin des Plantes. The staff was pleasant, exceptional all the time.

Location was incredible and decent, atmosphere - cosy. My neat and cheap room included exceptionally comfortable bed, a private safe, an air conditioning and a sofa bed. And I appreciated the PLEASANT view.

We truly enjoyed our 1-nights stay. Friendly staff, great setting. We were moved to a standard queen room and had a heating system and flat-screen TV. Price of the breakfast is eur 10 per person per day.

the bed is comfortable and the location is convenient. we took a standard single room and it had flat-screen television and a work desk. truly enjoyed dining at a la biche au bois, set within 5 minutes' walk.

Breakfast was fine and available in the morning. It was in general a pleasant experience. Seine river and other tourist spots were not far from this hotel...

300 feet away there is Pellicano, where you can dine. Really liked the bed, it was good❤
