Some of the staff were very unpleasant.

The staff was professional, always there to help. The premium king room was new-fashioned, included shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The breakfast was warm and generous with a wide array of dishes to choose from. I had real good days staying at this boutique hotel.

Thanks everyone for a good stay of four nights in the hotel. Enjoyed the standard king room I was given, it had blinds and bedstands. The venue was set in the very central position next to the Gare du Nord train station and subway and walking distance. Besides, Staines Moor Country Park was 4 km away from the property.

Could be great for a city break. The premium double room I stayed in was compact in good condition. I really enjoyed that this hotel offered wake-up service.

Well, the area was very busy overall.

The accommodation was nicely decorated with super friendly/helpful and particularly helpful staff. The breakfast looked warm, for vegetarians, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it.

It was surely a really nice stay for the following weekend. The airport was 20 km away. Our standard double room was more than new-fashioned. All of the staff were best, particularly helpful.

The location was marvellous and incredible for Paris, close enough to the Gare de l'est, the airport to Paris and Place de la République and Bon Sergent metro station. We could also easily get to Place de la Republique.

Breakfast was generous, magnificent views, unbeatable location so close to find : 2 minute walk from Jacques Bonsergent metro station, lovely restaurant near by for breakfast and lunch/ dinner and the Eiffel Tower. Appreciated the location to all major attractions or a reasonable walking distance.

Got the same premium queen room booked online with tea, excellent breakfast plus a stunning view. All the employees were competent and so supportive.

Had a comfortable stay for the following weekend, everything was great. Every staff member was accommodating and friendly. The unit we got was extremely spacious and unique with bath, a stunning view, a separate bedroom.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, short walk to the metro and the rest of Paris and railway stations.

The facilities in the classic room were clean, beds were exceptionally comfortable. And it had a nice view of courtyard. The daily service was good. Thanks to the pleasant staff everything was perfect, including lots of delicious food.

Location: the hotel was short walk to Gare Nord train station. Tried some takeout specials at Papelli, luckily it was within easy walking distance of the venue.

Easy brilliant location, to famous eateries around the neighbourhood. And close enough to many cafés, good bakeries and restaurants, a metro station. Neat and compact unit with all cleaning products, plenty of cupboard space, for example.

Its staff was exceptional and best. The location was unbeatable, and we could reach Centre Commercial by walking. It was across the fairly quiet area.

It had very central location close to Theatre Bo. Appreciated my standard room with a balcony or a nice view as well as coffee/tea.

The best thing is location - near Paris as well as Gare du Nord. Make sure to get classic room with a good shower, all necessary amenities, a sofa-bed. The breakfast is savoury for vegetarians, has incredible food:)))

Wonderful local attractions like place de la republique were very close to the hotel. Having climate control and Wi-Fi in the room was convenient. Everything was good...
