Very good budget hotel set in the very nice area. Fab food and warm drinks. Decent location to a world-famous museum. Totally good stay for a short vacation.

The hotel had an absolutely perfect and efficient location near a community vegetable garden. It was also right by all the local food, all the main attractions of Paris and Jardin du Luxembourg.

I must comment on its central location - it was unbeatable. This property is 300 m from Pimlico tube station.

The location is decent and perfect, it's very close to the best attractions, other areas-Jardin du Luxembourg, Chateau de Vincennes- and restaurants.

The accommodation had a central location close to the Gare de L'est station. Besides, we were so close to the wonderful sights of Paris, Cafes, Restaurants, fast food and metro stations and Northern train stations, main tube and bus lines.

Lovely very good budget property with easy going staff with the receptionist being right there. Lots of options, fabulous food. Location right by Gare du Nord and Gare L'Est, both Gare de L'est and Gare du Nord, and the wonderful sights of Paris.

The location amazing and magnificent in an area we 've grown to like over the past years. And right by shop and restaurant in a quiet street and great transport links. Extremely spacious and silent room overall, except for aircon unit.

It was romantic, a decent size and with twin beds. The hotel's location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, very close to Chateau d'Eau metro stations, shop and restaurant in a quiet street and the train station and the metro station.

Perfectly clean hotel, easy going team members with the receptionist being right there. Really big bed & perfect and excellant position short walk to Metro and train stations.

The room was recently refurbished and functional, complete with kitchenette as well as a cooler. The location turned out to be unbeatable and efficient, very close to major tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and Louvre, grocery shops for quick drink and the alley way.

The apartment was functional with mini kitchen, the bed was really big.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

The location was absolutely perfect - short walk to the Canal-St-Martin & the Gare du Nord, two very important rail stations: Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est and the next Metro Station. 10th arr. District was worth staying in. The room was newly remodelled and romantic with mini kitchen.

Enjoyed this very good budget hotel, would definitely recommend. Had a really nice stay on holidays, glad I've chosen it. The location was perfect for me, to the Republique square.

Well-maintained and well priced accommodation with stunning setting so close to bus, tram, train station, the Canal-St-Martin and many restaurants and shops. Plenty of fab options for meal.

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The location is central. There's Le Petit Marcel Burger serving quick orders steps away from the property.

I had a such great stay at this secured hotel. The room was huge and silent when upgraded with microwave, the fan, for example. The location was top, a minute walk from Theatre Bo. The staff were polite and courteous and setting is in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown...

The location was peaceful, a 10-15 minute walk from Canal Saint-Martin. It was set walking distance to restaurants and bars. The rooms were compact and equipped with microwave, the fan, for example.
