Fairly clean property with outstandingly accommodating and accommodating staff from the lady who cleaned the room to the manager. Fresh food for breakfast at the bar. Incredible location with private parking if needed and next to the seine River, good restaurants, deli and convenience store/supermarkets, and the Gare de Lyon metro stop which made travelling in Paris a breeze. Excellent base for a short stay, would recomand.

The location was magnificent because it was right by the Perrache train station and the metro as well as shopping on a pedestrian street, the seine River and Close to public transport.

It had not very comfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The unit we got was newly remodelled and good-sized with good spacious bathroom, nice touches such as toiletries and USB ports. The location was incredible in a lovely area for food.

The location it offers is awesome, right by Gare De Lyon and easy access to the metro, and the Lyon train station. It's worth staying here and exploring 12th arr. District.

We had the double room which was recently renovated and stylish with climate control. There were facilities such as an iron and a storage. The location offered was incredible and amazing not far from large train station and restaurants.

The hotel had a particularly good and magnificent location right by Aligre Market. You could walk to a supermarket and shops. The rooms were functional for hanging space and the breakfast was warm! A safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating were all available.

The hotel was fairly clean and had superbly friendly staff from the lady who cleaned the room to the manager. The breakfast food was fresh and fairly-priced. It was in a very central setting very close to the train station so pretty convenient for lots of things. And it was also close enough to Bastille as well as Next door to Gare de Lyon.

Everything was nice, liked our very lovely stay. The location was stunning and charming, with Potager du monde nearby, where we could eat.

We think it's an excellent home base for staying in Paris.
