The place is reasonably clean and stylish. Staff is genuinely helpful and patient and you can park your car on site. Offers comfortable and ideal location in an excellent area. 12th arr. District certainly deserves to be visited.

The units are freshly renovated, functional with comfortable beds. The location is marvellous and the staff are incredibly nice.

Very pleasant building, ideal and just superb location close enough to the train station and the metro station, convenient for the station and nice bars and restaurants around Place de la Bastille.

Good small venue, perfect location just off train station, other landmarks, and public transport available, appreciated our stay. The unit we got was comfortable quiet and newly renovated with watch the sun set in the evening, coffee, for instance.

Everything was very good, incredible location near to the train station of " Paris Gare de Lyon ", all tourist attractions, and convenient for the station, exceptionally nice staff. An air-conditioned restaurant with a choice of food for supper was an advantage.

The room was recently refurbished in a very modern style and available with comfortable beds.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating, the room was high quality and well-maintained. Excellent and absolutely perfect location right by other areas, great cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and nice bars and restaurants, I felt safe. It also was very near to Gare De Lyon station.

We had a double room with very clean bed and a writing desk and a storage.

The provided breakfast was particularly nice with croissants and coffee nearby, for instance. The location turned out to be marvellous and good, close enough to many attraction, Gare du Nord, Gare d'Austerlitz, Gare Montparnasse, and the train station and friendly staffs.

The location was incredible and stunning - ease of access to Coulee verte Rene-Dumont. It was about 20 km from the airport. The most important was the staff - exceptionally nice and supper friendly people. Appreciated staying at the guest room with good bed and linens.

We loved this pleasant and luxurious place and its easy location. Location: the hotel was not far from a big metro station of the city and the Bastille which is a really good zone of Paris, restaurants, and gare de lyon metro and train station. We stayed for 1 night here, loved 12th arr. District.

The staff were attentive and knowledgeable and the design was very modern. The location was incredible and peaceful: supermarkets and chemist's were within walking distance. Moreover, it was 2 km from a meticulously manicured central park.

i enjoyed good restaurant. i have stayed in king room with dismal window, the toilet in, as example for 4 nights. the location was unbeatable, within walking distance of so we are. and i was near bars and restaurants.

Climate control, a personal safe and a work desk were available in our superior room. The bed seemed exceptionally comfortable and it was clean all around. Its location was easy, really close to Louvre, Paris.

Hotel location was a few steps away from pantheon. Bathroom was tight. The view from the window was great!
