Novotel Paris Gare De Lyon

Very pleasant stay for 3 nights, no complaint. Generally it's an exceptionally clean hotel with varied breakfasts. Ideal location in the unique area, just off the area surrounded of several restaurants as well as Metro and trainstation.

Magnificent position, next to a tube station.

It had a quiet atmosphere and provided very good service. There were very comfy beds and a storage and some games inside the room. The staff was competent, patient with every request.

In general the staff were caring and delightfully helpful. The breakfast was generous and rich with a nice view and had a good choice of food.

Views appeared to be pretty bad.

The hotel had particularly good, perfect location, we were next to an underground station. The breakfast available was varied with a nice view, an amount plus pre-set options to choose.

Had central location very close to the underground. Moreover, it was 4 km from Staines Moor Country Park. The room was well-appointed and comfortable modern plus it had a storage space and some games.

The room is beautifully maintained with a double sofa- bed, also they can offer wake-up service. The location is ideal and excellent, minute away from the train station. There is a very nice restaurant at a medium distance from hotel.

The room was spotless with exceptionally comfortable beds and a storage space, a Nespresso coffee machine, and little games etc.

I did not want to leave there, so recommend this hotel. The place was top quality and fairly clean. The rooms were decent sized in general, with good breakfast. The staff was amiable, amicable. The location turned out to be particularly good. Really enjoyed the terrific restaurant.

The rooms were newly renovated, the staff were extremely helpful. The bed was perfect, I also had a storage and little games.

The hotel was big, clean and had rich breakfast. We had a double room with a sofa set, a storage, and little games. The staff were very friendly, magnificent and absolutely perfect location due to transport links from Gare de Lyon.

The room is practical, airy comes with mini fridge and a sofa bed for the children plus a good TV. They serve tasty breakfasts for all tastes with soya milk available for a vegan member of the family and a àlacarte option or pre-set options to choose and a nice view.

This hotel was located in a central area not far from international trains, and a metro station. The pool was lovely, the staff was patient. My room was well-appointed and well-maintained with a magnificent view.

The location is in a magnificent spot near to city center. And it's nestled in a very comfortable building just off restaurants, shops and bars, Gare de Lyon and the airport bus service, and the Train Station and the area surrounded of several restaurants.

Next to a tube station, that's excellent location for me. The breakfast is varied with pre-set options to choose and scrambled eggs, for example, there’s an option for each taste.

There is bad smell in some places.

The location is incredible, 3 km from a Parisian isle. The rooms are comfortable modern, the bed is extremely comfy.

Fairly clean hotel in a modern building really close to Gare D'Austerlitz, and Paris city center. Good pool, great location in a particularly lovely area. Easy walk to Place d'aligre.

Our location was particularly good and perfect right next to gare de lyon train station. Further, it was really close to air France bus stop, normal restaurants in Paris and taxi, train, metro, RER.

I had stylish, recently refurbished room complete with kids can play games, mini bar, for instance. I greatly enjoyed excellent location of the hotel. The train station was near venue.

Very efficient service, even though a few employees were very rude. Our room was stylish with mini fridge, slept well. The breakfast was savoury and rich with a nice view and the food was splendid.

The location was great, to see the new refurbishment with easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Plus, main attraction such as Le Marais was 2 km from this hotel.

The hotel staff was very rude.

The double room I got was complete with huge comfy bed, the bedroom, for example.

Practical, huge rooms provided with tea, xbox plus the bedroom. Perfect location for visiting bars and cafés.

The staff were accommodating and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge. Wake-up service, available in my double room, was a nice bonus. This hotel had a central position close to train station which was great. Moreover, it's right by the construction and restaurant and subway: D

The breakfast they served was cold, hope one day it will definitely be improved.

The bed was large, and there were a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a cable TV with on-demand films too. You could leave a car on-site. The location of the hotel was magnificent - not too far from So we Are.

we recommend it as we had a comfortable experience here. you should definitely explore 12th arr. district, it's worth it. appreciated their on-site restaurant le gourmet bar, it was good.

The location was great, staff was friendly. 20 mins walk to the center. There was a nice pool on site too.

Friendly staff, comfortable room. Here we were really close to few of our favorite spots such as the louvre. Excellent location, easy to get around: )
