The hotel was located right by a grocery store, the metro, and many restaurants, and lovely park. Big units with a queen-sized bed, and the staff were affable.
It had extremely squeaky beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Paris. The staff were polite and kind, tried to make my stay a good experience. The setting was PEACEFUL, very close to the metro station. I found Le Bar Fleuri offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

if you want to eat nearby, try l atelier de jacques, which is situated 400 ft away. an interesting place for exploring paris.
