In short, the room was silent, exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom. The staff were welcoming and pleasant all the time.

Ideal and clean place, pleasant staff at the receptionist in french. Compact room, functional with a clear view of the eiffel tower. Good and stunning location - near restaurants and cafés. Located in a safe area full of cafés and restaurants.

The room was elegant and spotless included bedside cubbies and a dresser. It was with a bathtub.

A standard king room with a perfect view to garden, had requested this in advance. The bathroom was clean, with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. Nice team at the receptionist in french.

The rooms are neat and soundproof with great amenities.

The place was clean, fairly quiet and updated rooms. The rooms with about 10 minutes by walk from Alésia underground station, modern appliances, hair dryers. Close to a tube station, easy to move around.

Suitable for exploring the city. Great location in beautiful area, next to " real " Paris, and the supermarket. Again, walking distance to an innovative gallery.

We have booked standard room with excellent facilities. The food was lovely and fab. The breakfast was reasonable and good, the check in was quick.

The room was neat and soundproof with smoke detectors for safety measures. I had reasonable and fine breakfasts with cheeses and bacon, as example. The location was particularly good, near Church Street.

Really lovely stay on holidays. Sincere staff, satisfactory breakfast, handy location short walk to metro stops and a lot of eating outlets, the city centre and the Montparnasse area, and two metro stations, close to catacombs. Rooms with a comfortable decor. Bonus point for a kettle and bedside cubbies.

No complains at all, the hotel met standards. The rooms were updated and elegant with a spotless bathroom and a comfy bed plus TV, just what was needed. The location was marvellous and stunning for traveling around Paris, close to two metro stations, close to catacombs and supermarket, post office and restaurants. Also, rue des Thermopyles was not far.

The property is clean; exceptionally clean rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel is on a great and lovely location next to 4 metro and buss station, many tourist attractions and the subway. In fact, it's within a close distance from underground ossuaries, one of the tourist spots. They have a good choice of meals to choose from, the food is lovely!

The room was kept very clean by house keeping and available with a good view from the window. The location was great and lovely there, for that area. What's more, it was short walk to nice restaurants and " real " Paris.

I would stay here again without hesitation, no reason to complain.

Thank you very much everyone for a DECENT stay on holidays. Reasonable and fine breakfast, best ever had, with bacon and cheeses, as for instance. Coffee/tea making facilities, bedstands, and a dresser were available in my standard room.

The hotel was nice and quiet little, we do recommend it to everyone. Variety of food for breakfast, which was gorgeous to satisfy everyone. The location was wonderful and lovely, close to a tube station. You could walk to a supermarket and boutiques.

Stayed here for 10 nights and really enjoyed our choice. Our room was perfectly clean and updated and complete with view on the Montparnasse Tower and very nice bathroom plus a window to a yard. The hotel was lovely and in a suburban location. It was across the beautiful area. Food was great and restaurant was absolutely great.

The property seemed clean and the room was neat and silent. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was magnificent and stunning, adjacent to two metro lines, the nearby tourist attractions: Montparnasse and Gare Montparnasse. Also, underground ossuaries was max 10 minutes walk to.

Besides, the location was decent and easy for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Lion. The rooms with three twin beds, hair dryers and shampoo were fashionable. The service was very good, including an early check-in.

No complaint, the venue met expectation, would definitely recommend it. The decent location was near Marche Villemain.

good choice for travelling to paris and exploring local places. courteous staff throughout. exceptionally comfortable bed, tidy bathroom and central heating, an electronic key card, tea and coffee making facilities in the room. marvellous location for visiting bars and restaurants. such great stay in pretty nice area. honestly nothing too much trouble.

It had awesome location with access to Square Lionel Assouad nearby. Silent rooms, absolutely fabulous views, the staff was accommodating.

It was in an easy location with rue des Thermopyles nearby. A subway station was near to the place. The room was soundproof and compact, offered coffee/tea making equipment and bedside cubbies.

Nothing to complain about, I appreciated this place, recommend. My new-fashioned room included comfortable bed, an electric kettle, climate control and an individual safe. The local staff was pleasant and courteous.

It has marvellous and handy location to see Petit-Montrouge. The staff are welcoming and courteous, they keep the place fairly clean.

Good position along with kind staff are the reasons we liked it. Spent a nice evening at Les Petits Plats, located extremely close to the venue.

Maybe the street, it was noisy.

Le Gourbi was 5 mins walk away. Location, easy walk to all attractions. An amazing base for exploring Paris...
