Mercure Paris Opera Garnier Hotel & Spa

I stayed here 3 nights and liked it. I got a functional room and the staff were pleasant. This accommodation had a central setting right in the city centre. Good service was provided.

This was a fabulous stay for business trip. The classic single room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was compact with twin bed. The hotel had a very central location in the center of Paris.

The total stay was wonderful for a business trip. The facilities in the twin room were good standard, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was in a marvellous location, close to metro. The American breakfast was fine, appreciated its service.

The breakfast was solid with good ingredients and all the food was pleasant. We spent 2 nights in tastefully decorated double room with an own balcony.

Clean and gorgeous property with satisfactory American breakfasts and service-minded staff. Very clean bed in classic room with a Nespresso machine and a balcony. Good location really close to the stations, in the commercial area. Plus, really close to Sainsbury's.

Vibrant area, central location just next door to public transport, Next to the train station and the airport in Paris traffic. Solid breakfast, a huge variety of meals. With fast check-in and smooth check-out, this hotel was pleasant.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The place was fairly clean with a modern design and service-minded and competent staff. We were offered very good American breakfast with croissants and freshly baked pain au chocolat, for example.

The breakfast looked solid and very good, with good ingredients, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it.

The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

A romantic and pleasant hotel, my first choice in Paris. Fairly clean property with modern design, and fine American breakfast. Genuinely helpful and very amiable staff, new-fashioned classic room. Very clean bed & very good service. Magnificent and perfect position just next door to Easy to reach the Lafayett, must go tourist destinations such as Musee and weekend market and the popular department stores Galleries Lafayette and Printemps, stunningly beautiful views.

Rooms in good condition had a contemporary atmosphere.

I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was really good. The pool was good and the staff was caring and especially helpful.

I had great-sized room complete with cosmetics and a balcony.

The bed was not very comfortable, unfortunately.

Couldn't recommend more this place and would love to stay here again. All in all everything was good, had a comfortable stay for a short business trip. The breakfast was solid and satisfactory with the fresh Parisian croissants and freshly baked pain au chocolat, for example and served by the enthusiastic staff. It had great and stunning location, close to Printemps and Galeries Lafayette, tourist destinations such as Musee and weekend market, and subway and saint-lazare train station. I ate at the indoor restaurant near the hotel.

Ideal place with incredibly nice and affable staff. A great selection of options, pleasant food. The marvellous location for the price, close enough to shops, transport networks and sites as well as a major train station. Again, not far from Gare Saint-Lazare.

The twin room is newly decorated and has a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a flat-screen television. The location is marvellous for exploring Paris. Its in the vibrant area which is another bonus.

The room was silent, recently refurbished, with modern design, just the way I wanted. The stuff was lovely friendly and efficient and responsive to requests.

Very good service, though a few employees were not very helpful. Our accommodation was set in a central location so close to the centre of the city with lots of shops, Next to the train station and department stores.

Tbh Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was small.

Amazing friendly staff and the place was fairly clean. The breakfast was solid and very very good with good ingredients, and all the food was pleasant. The hotel was in the central setting close to the Opera. And we were close enough to various bars and restaurants, saint lazare metro station and shopping areas.

Great and brilliant location, a subway station was close to our hotel. Compact and fairly quiet units with the balcony as well as slippers, and the staff were kind!

Fantastic and fairly clean place should have higher than 4 star rating, everything is really good. Contemporary vibe, the staff is caring and especially helpful. The units are compact, new-fashioned with a free minibar and cosmetics. The indoor restaurant in the hotel is fantastic. Every time we stay in Paris, like to stay here.

Magnificent and perfect location very close to everything and easy access to a mall and a market. Situated only 1 km from a French department store chain.

The room was compact and fairly quiet with a very comfortable bed and a free minibar plus an own balcony, the check-in was efficient. Shower facilities and a hair dryer were available there. The great and brilliant location close to a subway station was just what I needed.

Overall it was great-sized and well laid out with twin bed.

Our stay was a fabulous experience. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, nevertheless everything was good. The staff were both informative and kind. The food for brunch was appetising in the indoor restaurant.

Comfortable beds in our classic queen room. Really nice building, great bedroom.

Everything was simply great. The staff was polite, provided a convenient check-in and a late check-out. Besides, the location was marvellous and brilliant for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Market.

It was reasonably priced. Everything in this amazing hotel was very good, we appreciated it. The location was UNBEATABLE, not very far from Market. Had soft drinks in the downstairs bar in the evening.

8th arr. District was worth visiting. Comedie Caumartin Theatre was easy to reach. We strongly recommend once again.

The location was great, about a 10-minute walk from the Auber train station. 3rd arr. Neighborhood was worth exploring. Hotel was in front of such places as square marcel pagnol
