Hotel Massena

It exceeded high expectations and we would love to come back here some time. The rooms are pleasantly decorated, modern, and come with a safe box, a minibar, and central heating. Nice service and the food is fabulous. Use the parking in the area. The location is marvellous and good and personnel is welcoming.

Overall - intimate and well priced place with accommodating staff on the reception desk. Well-appointed and beautifully decorated rooms with view over rue tronchet, reasonably good breakfast. The excellent and fantastic location for the price, close enough to transportation and shopping, cafes, supermarkets, the center of Nice and the old town and metro / subway.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

Had well-appointed and nicely decorated room with huge bed, and I couldn't ask for more. Had sound-proofed windows and blackout curtains.

The place was ideal and had kind and nice stuff on the reception desk, greatly enjoyed the stay. The English bar was a plus. We stayed here for 3 nights, it was just what we had hoped for.

I had breakfast in the bar and everything was great. Had a nicely decorated room with with a nice view towards the Madeleine, 2 single beds plus a balcony overlooking the streets for my comfort.

We were offered a reasonably good breakfast with cheese and pancakes.

Excellent, good location in the center of Paris. Good-sized and pleasantly decorated room with a small refrigerator and a safe, and beautiful view from it.

I enjoyed being in this place. Overall it was well-appointed and nicely decorated with a spectacular view and a balcony. The location was absolutely perfect and nice, just a short walk away from Louvre Museum.

Facilities were really good, though Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

A VERY NICE stay on a business trip. Very very helpful and pleasant staff, recently refurbished rooms with a balcony overlooking the streets, high-speed internet access. Marvellous location within walking distance to a tube station, easy to get around. Set walking distance to a church and a tower.

All the staff were amiable and excellent giving some tips about the city. Madeleine tube station was 10 min away.

Greatly enjoyed my 3 nights stay. There were a safe box, a minibar, and central heating in the rooms, which made them immaculately clean and pleasantly decorated. The staff was welcoming and exceptional all the time. The service was nice, including an easy check-in. Plus, I was able to park the car in the area. It had very central location close to Pinacotheque de Paris.

The room was great-sized, brand-new with huge bed. The location was excellent and fantastic for walking around a Roman Catholic church. Distance to the airport was just 20 km.

Quirky and immaculately clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is fine. The staff are extremely friendly and excellent, managed the parking in the area. Make sure to get suite with 2 single beds, a nice view, for instance. They care about guests, offer good service and shuttle to the airport. Thank you for a really nice stay👍😃

The location was marvellous and good - within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. We visited Le Cristal really close to the venue for a few drinks...

Was all great.

A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like La Chine that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Room met what we needed. The location was not far from everything we wanted to do. Nothing too much trouble, we will be returning here soon if in Paris:)))

Not far from some tourist attractions, like Pinacotheque de Paris. In love with Massena. We liked the pool...
