Fairly clean hotel, accommodating staff & great and absolutely perfect location hard to sleep with the open residential alley way.

Perfect location of the hotel very close to the canal. Next to the open residential alley way, and shops, banks, restaurants, supermarkets, a McDonald's, and a Dominos Pizza.

Early check-in, extremely pleasant room with single bed as well as hitting. Plenty of great options for meal.

Clean hotel in a very comfortable building short walk to the city centre, metrostation and the north station and one metro station. Decent size rooms with an extra pillow, very comfortable bed, as example, welcoming staff.

No lift at all.

The venue was recently refurbished, I greatly enjoyed the stay and the location was unbeatable near to the subway line, town centre and most downtown attractions. Had great value and brand-new superior room with an extra pillow and wake-up service was available in it. Having towels and heater was a bonus.

The double room is tastefully decorated with single bed, hitting plus an extra pillow.

Last time I stopped, had nice cosy and newly remodelled room with very comfortable bed.

Ideal and exceptionally clean accommodation with particularly good and excellent location short walk to bars, restaurants, shops as well as the centre of Paris. Efficient, gentle people working here.

Every staff member is attentive and strives to meet your needs. Great walk to an underground station, as it's close to the venue.

The room was extremely pleasant and brand-new, had central heating, an iron, and tea and coffee making facilities.

The venue is gorgeous, perfectly clean and the location is best possible and decent not far from the Crimee metro stop on Line 7 as well as the Eurostar station. The hotel offers a good choice of food that was good.

Breads, yoghourt, and jam served for breakfast were fantastic!

Thanks for an unforgettable stay on a business trip. The room is great value for money and brand-new exactly like in the photos, also they can offer wake-up service. 21 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to the subway line that can take you literally everywhere.

The room was good value for money and what's more - included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

Make sure you stay in the superior king room with an extra pillow and single bed. We would consider staying here again, truly enjoyed its good and stunning location.

The staff were hard-working and responsive yet not intrusive. The setting was quite best possible within easy reach of Cent Quatre.

The rooms were great value for money, it was reasonably clean and huge venue. The staff was attentive, I stayed for 1 night. I had great food for breakfast at the nearby boulangerie. Location: the hotel was just off the metro and the canal which is lovely in the summer, tourist attractions and the city center. Everything was simply good.

Came here for 2 days, the hotel was recently renovated and lovely little, it had perfect location right by public transport, crimee metro station, and bars, restaurants, shops.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

The room I stayed in was tidy, it had 1 double bed. Gentle and best staff who were always there to help.

Actually, the room was tidy and individual with an extra pillow. It was nice having a sofa bed, central heating and an iron. 19th arr. District was worth staying in. I was lucky there was a subway station near the hotel.

Had a very nice stay of night and day, would come here again. The location was best possible, overlooking garden. Besides, the area was very nice, next to rue de l'ourcq. The superior queen room was tasteful, included a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. The staff was efficient and attentive, kept everything clean and good. The facilities were great too.

The hotel was amazing and the staff where pleasant. The rooms were tidy and cosy with an extra pillow with exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff served fresh bread, yoghourt and jam for breakfast. You could leave a car nearby. Plus the venue was very close to bars and restaurants...

We loved our 1 night stay. Bed was comfy, staff was great. The breakfast had plenty of food, like pastries and fruit. Modern standard single room.

Its staff was helpful & kind. Comfortable bed and modern furniture. Greatly enjoyed the food at their on-site restaurant Trema.

Staff - HELPFUL. An incredible base for exploring Paris.

2 minutes away from villette. Staff was great, you should know it. The hotel was next to Rosa Parks train station
