Clean stylish accommodation with fantastic location to major rail station and extremely friendly staff. Great value for money breakfast with good coffee, reasonably priced.

The location was perfect and wonderful - within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

Modern, small property. Stylish, new-fashioned room with a private bathroom and a roll in shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. A lot of brilliant options for meal. The marvellous location for the price, not far from bars, lots of great cafes and Raspail metro station which is on lines 4 and 6. Also, close to the main attractions.

Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The room we had included a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and an individual safe.

The location of this hotel short walk to the city center, and restaurants and bakeries was great. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a private safe, a minibar, and central heating inside the room.

The room was tastefully decorated and reasonably priced with a very comfy bed and the staff was respectful!

The hotel's location was amazing, adjacent to the metro and lots of great cafes and restaurants and the parks. Besides, it was next to Monument to Balzac. We stayed in perfectly comfortable and relaxing room with a very comfy bed that also had wake-up service.

Being really close to an underground station makes it easy to travel. Bright rooms complete with hairdryer as well as a very comfy bed, amenable and great staff.

Make sure to get double room with a very comfy bed, hairdryer, as example. The staff are accommodating, managed the parking nearby.

This was my fine stay for one night. Superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff and the place was fairly clean. Its location was magnificent and lovely, very close to metro stops, and in a good area. There were a private safe, a minibar, and central heating in the rooms, which made them beautifully decorated and well priced.

We had the double room and it was nicely decorated and well priced exactly like in the picture. The staff was respectful, amiable.

We both truly enjoyed it, the place is quaint and stylish and suited fine. Very, very nice staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. And the area was fairly nice, near to Raspail metro station which is on lines 4 and 6, delightful cafes in the area and `` real '' Paris. We had a COMFORTABLE experience.

My room was beautifully decorated and well priced, had hypoallergenic pillows. The hotel's position was particularly good and lovely, to Charles de Gaulle airport.

The venue was quaint, I enjoyed the location close to the center of the city, a lovely tree-lined boulevard and the Tour Montparnasse and the famous cafes, and city views. The room was spotlessly clean, had clean private bathroom. The total experience was very comfortable, I totally recommend.

The venue is clean, with fantastic location close enough to Notre Dame for lunch through the University of Paris, tourist attraction, and Port Royal and Raspail. The staff is affable, amicable.

The personnel was charming. The location was great and incredible, because an underground station was based right next to the hotel. There was a great restaurant, a bakery and a supermarket next door.

The double room we stayed in was relaxing with a very comfy bed, suitcases to be opened, for instance. Location: the hotel was right by Gare Montparnasse, Luxembourg Gardens, two metro stations and Gare Montparnasse, and Notre Dame.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other trendy boutique hotels. The personnel were superfriendly and respectful and made me feel welcome.

Moreover, it was not too far from Night Statue. The room was new-fashioned and air-conditioned, hopefully.

It is a charming small and upscale property located in 14th arr. District next to metro, Raspail metro station which is on lines 4 and 6, and metro line 4. Thanks to all superfriendly and accommodating staff. It is reasonably priced.

Breakfast with good coffee. Personable, kind staff towards all guests.

The downtown is within 20 minutes' walk. Within walking distance of Le Raspail Vert, where you can have lunch😀😃

We loved it. Super base for discovering Paris. There was a nice restaurant in the hotel.

Hotel was situated right by tourist destinations like eiffel tower. Good access to a subway station...
