Hotel Le Twelve

The hotel was in a good and magnificent location, close to an underground station. The room overlooking garden was a nice size. The staff were very helpful and amazingly attentive and the restaurant was cheap!

The location was stunning and incredible, near to Paris for much longer than that. I randomly popped in Cookie Creations serving some pastries, located not too far from the hotel, it was nice. Triple room had upgrades, it was brand-new and outstanding. An individual safe, central heating, and an iron were perfect.

Our classic single room was outstanding with private bathroom, bugs running around, shower as advertised. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient all the time. The location close to a tube station was excellent. The property was set in an exciting area.

We had new-fashioned double room with private bathroom, three beds, for instance. All of the staff were extremely polite, friendly.

Comforts of twin room with bugs running around were fabulous. The hotel was in an incredible location very close to Montmartre, Disneyland and which is on the direct line to the city center.

Compact unit on the lower floors. Breakfast with scrambled eggs. Great location, 10 minutes' walk to Printemps Nation. Outstandingly accommodating staff throughout.

The hotel had a magnificent location close to Theatre Musical Marsoulan. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was delicious. The staff was very very helpful and everything was modern.

It has stunning and magnificent location straight to the Eiffel tower or Disney land.

The location was good, near metro line that goes directly to the city center and the interior design was modern. Easily reached Le Provencal, located just a short walk away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. The room was quiet and great-sized and compact on the lower floors when I arrived.

The room was new-fashioned and compact, had an individual safe, central heating, and an iron. The location in a good area was marvellous and there were supermarkets and a bakery nearby.

It is a lovely small property located in 12th arr. District right by the main line 1 metro and de Vincennes. Brand-new rooms complete with private bathroom, three beds plus the shower, very helpful staff. The price is just right - £ 104.

It was a really comfortable stay for two nights. Booked a room like on the picture. The staff were excellent and the setting was magnificent and exceptionally nice. There was a cheap restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Really enjoyed to be close to a subway station.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from a wheelchair accessible public park. Supermarkets and a bakery were right next door. We stayed in an extremely spacious room like on the picture.

It was bright, outstanding and for 60 euros including breakfast.

Great services were available. The staff were accommodating and check-in was early. The location was great and the room was clean.

A good choice of options, appetising food. New-fashioned, compact room with a private bathroom and a shower and a hair dryer. Pleasant staff and perfect location just off the centre of Paris, the metro station that is very important traveling in Paris, and a great market.

Internet connection was weak.

Had a comfortable stay for two nights at the start of our European Christmas vacation, everything was modern. Compact and new-fashioned units for 60 euros including breakfast, appreciated it.

The total stay was perfectly pleasant of 8 night. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and peaceful - not too far away from Le Chat. It was set in a residential area...

Location close to restaurants and the metro, and the city center and major sights. Nearby Le Bel Air - great place to chill out.
