Hotel Le Compostelle

Booked a room with 2 separate comfortable beds. The hotel was in an ideal location just next door to the blackened ruins of Notre Dame, Ile de la cite, le Rive Gauche, Les Halles and the Latin Quarter, probably the finest neighbourhood of Paris, and trendy stores and restaurants. 4th arr. District was worth exploring.

I booked a functional room with a balcony, WiFi, and reliable internet, it was lovely modern too. I loved worth every penny views and wake-up service available. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, the bathroom was modern.

As for me, the area was bustling.

Quiet little accommodation with unbeatable setting right by touristic attractions like Centre pompidou, and nearby bakery. A lot of fabulous food at breakfast time.

The room is nicely updated and well-maintained with shower. The property has a great and incredible location, it's close to a train station.

Had a pleasant stay for the further two nights of our stay, nothing too much trouble. Extremely helpful staff, provided information if needed. The hotel's position was convenient and best possible, adjacent to the blackened ruins of Notre Dame, Paris in May on a romantic trip and great restaurants and shops.

Very nice and incredible staff who were always there to help. I enjoyed having 2 single beds in the room, that was large and functional too. The breakfast was good, satisfactory for coffee in the cafe across the street.

The hotel was fairly clean and the staff were good and kind. The room was updated and big size, featured a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The location was great and awesome, in the lovely neighbourhood of Marais, and the bed quiet.

What a very welcoming staff. Decent sized and beautifully maintained rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, a private safe, central heating, and coffee and tea making equipment. Great meals with hot drinks.

Had 2 days in Paris, spending my time here lovely. The staff were really good and very welcoming all the time. The location was particularly good and incredible, in the 4th arr. District and close to the train station. This hotel was set in a charming area.

Pity, but the beds were a bit hard, and views were pretty bad.

The location was marvellous and stunning, close to restaurants and bistros. Moreover, it was 20 minutes on foot from the downtown.

Good modern and beautifully maintained room plus a balcony, WiFi, and reliable internet. The bed, which was exceptionally comfortable. Super-friendly, incredibly nice staff towards all guests. Fantastic location for our visit to The Centre Pompidou approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The breakfast was satisfactory and for coffee in the cafe across the street, the stuff was superbly friendly! Incredible location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed.

Location - great and awesome near to all the main tourist areas of Paris, very close to the Metro, Notre Dame and the Louvre, nice restaurants, and easy access to the metro. Easy walk to Le Marais. Exceptional customer care. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Got satisfactory breakfasts with fruit and 2 large pieces, as example. The location was particularly good - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go.

Good basic hotel in a vibrant area near to art galleries and design shops as well as nice restaurants. The double room with modern bathroom and toiletries plus good storage.

The location was unbeatable, in the gay area of Paris called Marais! Twin room I stayed at was updated with a functional wifi.

The rooms are decent sized and tastefully decorated, with a balcony, WiFi, and reliable internet. The staff is outstandingly accommodating and accommodates all of guests' needs. The venue has fantastic location very close to metro.

We ate at a great restaurant for breakfast. It was overlooking inner courtyard the view was amazing. Thanks to the cordial staff everything was great, including plenty of fabulous food.

Besides, the location was unbeatable and peaceful for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of an art gallery. Besides, it was near to Notre Dame, Le Marais and boutiques.

Its location is good, close to Le Marais. The downtown is within 25 minutes' walk or so.

Very very bad views.

The hotel is modest and huge with accommodating staff. The location is awesome, 1 km from Harmonie Sculpture. It provides pleasant restaurant nearby.

my favourite property in paris. simple, clean hotel with pleasant personnel at all times. magnificent and fab location at a medium distance from la place. close to an underground station, easy to travel around.

lots of restaurants and cafes around. we visited such places as seine river that were so close to the hotel.
