A standard twin room in good condition has basic facilities you need. The location is magnificent and lovely to take the train to St Jean Pied the port.

We could visit everything we needed like the catacombs as it was an easy walk to the hotel. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like creperie la sabliere that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

If you wish to visit luxembourg garden, this place is perfect. An easy walk to Bistrot Didot, where you can have lunch. You should definitely explore 4th arr. District, it's worth it...
