The bedroom was great value and functional. The beds were comfortable and a body wash and hand soap were provided in the bathroom.

Modern and ideal hotel located in a good area just off Port d'Orleans metro station or the street, montparnasse and the airport. Big and functional unit with bathtubs, a sofa bed, as example.

Overall it was recently refurbished and fairly quiet, with an open bathroom. The staff were competent during 2 nights we stayed there.

Greatly enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean low cost hotel. The check in was early, the staff was very very helpful. Asked for standard double room and it was brand-new and well-organised with extra bed. The location was ideal and a subway station was nearby the property. Furthermore, the area was very nice. The stay was real good.

This was a really really nice stay of about 8 nights. The hotel was in an excellent location near good bistros, the airport, and several nearby ambient Café / Bars. I checked out Column to Armed Peace, that was set not too far away from the property. The staff were consistently courteous and the rooms were modern.

The venue is fairly clean, with reasonably priced and incredibly comfortable location right by the metro station, the subway line 4 and 5 km.

It was a perfect and pleasant hotel in a modern area, next to a metro station, public transport facilities, and the restaurant on the first day. Perfect location - easy walk to everywhere we needed.

It was a good standard and well priced hotel in a very very nice area, very close to public transport, and grocery store. The staff was competent plus the location was nice. Again, it was at a short distance from St Yves chapel.

I appreciated the hotel, all the interiors were nice. I booked twin room overlooking courtyard. The breakfast was good, the check in was smooth. Had the option to leave my car on site.

Location really close to Paris, public transport and the city center. Decent food in the restaurants such as La Divette, located 5 min away.

Tourist destinations like parc montsouris were near to the hotel. We were happy to find Santa Rita 300 ft away, where we could eat. It was definitely 3 stars for us. Mairie de montrouge subway stop is within a walking distance of the place, some 15 minutes on foot...
