Helpful people working here, great value place. Convenient parking and varied breakfast from close by bakeries. Brand-new and beautifully maintained units available with cute balcony and a double bed plus a garden. Decent, excellent location very close to the metro. Very close to very centre as well as the restaurant next door A la biche au bois.

The room is neat and essentials you need, including a storage space and a kettle, is right there. The breakfast is good from close by bakeries and the location is unbeatable.

It was a such great stay for your service and making our stay feel warm and welcome. The accommodation had a central location in a terrific district. Plus, it was not far from public transport, and the many bars / restaurants / music venues. The restaurant had delightful food.

Got decent sized and compact room with a garden, fresh towels and a nice bed - always come in handy. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed.

Its location is marvellous and decent close to the city center and transport araound, Gare de Lyon and Bastille, and several metro / train stations.

Magnificent central location next to cafés and the restaurant next door. Furthermore, it was not very far from Maison de Victor Hugo Museum.

Near to a train station, the location was unbeatable and magnificent, quite close to the train station. 12th arr. District was worth staying in. Compact, soundproof room with breakfast, everything was perfect.

The hotel serves marvellous breakfasts and offers a decent size rooms with shampoo and a sofa bed. The price is just right - £ 143. The service is very good, includes great parking. Great to have wake up calls and ironing free of charge. It is very close to the train station.

this hotel exceeded high expectations in every way, would recommend. thanks everyone for a great stay during my holidays. courteous and polite staff who were always there to help. we had a fairly good bedroom. the location was central, near to restaurants, and gare de lyon. it also was very close to the metro.

Simple property, has amiable staff at the reception desk. Location very close to metro, the bus stop of 87, and 3 Metro stations. Also, to all tourist spots.

The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of So we Are. What's more, it was not far from Paris, the centre, and restaurant, supermarket and bakery. The food was different and there were lots of dishes in the menu.

The room was soundproof and warm and since it had hypoallergenic pillows I slept like a baby. I was surprised by the particularly nice garden view. Its strategic, central location was a plus.

I have just spent 4 days in double room with shampoo, child bed, access to nice garden, and liked it...

Very quick check-in and late check-out, parking on-site. Optimal location, within walking distance of The Docks.

Enjoyed this place, it was nice. Comforts of standard king room were fabulous - a flat-screen TV, a writing table and an electronic key card. Only 20 min walk to downtown. We went to Chez Leon, located right at the hotel, to have some dinner.

The area contains some restaurants like A la Biche au Bois within 10 minutes' walk. Decent base for a vacation in Paris.

Location was perfect! The setting was only a short distance to everything we wanted to visit, like place des vosges. You can also visit Le Tarmac that offers excellent meals.
