Stunning and fantastic location with nice restaurant nearby. The breakfasts with delicious fresh bread. Extra care from the extremely friendly and excellent co-operating staff.

Helpful and cooperative staff and everything was really good. Stayed in brand-new suite with soaps and fresh towels. The breakfast was exceptionally nice and included.

The location was magnificent and stunning, not far from a subway entrance, the train station and far from centre Paris. The room was brand-new and a decent size and offered a shower, a hairdryer, and guest toiletries, so that guests had essentials.

Nice and absolutely perfect location just off a Bakery that is located close to Gambetta station, the subway, nice district with cosy cafes and charming old buildings and metro, shops and grocery stores in a really crowded area. Nice breakfast to star a day with delicious fresh bread.

The unit we got was fairly quiet and cosy with adjacent bedrooms, the bathroom and good curtains on the windows. The location was perfect and the staff were particularly helpful.

By and large, it was useful base for sightseeing in Paris, had much fun. The food was cheap, I liked slices of fresh bread, croissants and bakery for breakfast. Got immaculately clean and cosy room with large windows, a comty bed and Wifi - always come in handy. The provided service was friendly.

The terrific service and the attention to detail! The location was unbeatable and magnificent, in the 20th arr. District and next to a tube station.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Overall it was immaculately clean with nice view. The location was stunning - really close to the best one : the metro stop PORTE DE BAGNOLET appr, metro and supermarkets\ cafes and metro and many restaurants and supermarket around the area. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Le Vingtieme that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

it was an enjoyable base for our good stay. we had a comfortable bedroom. the location was absolutely perfect: a market and a bakery were within walking distance. this hotel was in a really crowded area.

a subway station was nearby. great location and consistent prices. le bistro du parisien, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.
