The units are newly renovated on the top floors. They offer climate control, a work desk, and a private entrance.

It was as expected, had a good stay in Paris and in a very good location for a Paris visit. The location was stunning - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. You could walk to a market and a bakery.

Wonderful accommodation with amazing setting just off bars, a super market and lots of restaurants, and the metro station, markets and bakeries. Modest and luxury room with free Wi-Fi. Lots of options, fabulous food.

Beds were very small.

The staff were especially helpful and were always there to help. The room I had was functional and large. Everything here was fine.

The view from the balcony of our recently renovated and large room was fantastic. The bed was very clean, and the staff were genuinely helpful.

Our standard double room was delightful with a large bathroom as well as a good view.

Marvellous location, 4 km from city centre. Easy access to Orly airport, within 20 km. Central heating and a work desk in the room and the comfy bed. Plenty of local food.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, a study table and a private entrance inside the room. Its location close to a bakery and a supermarket was marvellous. Plus it was close to a coffee house and eateries.

Booked a neat and reasonably large room with fifth, changing space and a large bathroom. Location next to the centre of Paris, the metro station, markets and bakeries and move around. Again, walking distance to Place d'aligre.

Got delightful, luxury room with an appalling view, unworking heater, for instance. It was in the very central location close to the center. The staff were very cordial, great.

The staff was very cordial and helped us find a coffee house and eateries which were located close to. The view from our modest twin room was excellent. Had all necessary amenities, central heating, a study table, and a private entrance. Would recommend this place and would come here again.

Everything is perfectly fine here, had a pleasant stay in Paris and in a very good location for a Paris visit. The rooms are functional and reasonably large and complete with fresh towels and great views plus fifth. The personnel is extremely friendly and especially helpful. Decent location on Bercy railway station, you can walk everywhere. As for me the food is local, and they have variety of meals.

We appreciated rooms with bathroom. The location was magnificent, for example, So we Are was at a walking distance from the hotel. The property was set in a GOOD area.

We recommend this property. Everything created a CHARMING atmosphere. The hotel is located in the safe zone. For lunch or dinner go to Jinchan Shokudo, located very close to the property.

So glad we choose it, it's cozy base for staying in Paris. Friendly and good looking staff.
