Had really nice stay on vacation. The room was lovely little and had magnificent views of the Paris skyline.

Everything was good, immensely pleasant staff, exceptional views of the Paris skyline. Its location was marvellous and beautiful, right near the Latin Quarter. Also, Saint Anne's Well was 4 km away.

Our hotel rooms were decent sized and pleasantly decorated, with bath and shower. Thanks to a terrific service we had an excellent stay. This accommodation had a central setting near the metro station with direction to airport.

Fairly clean and quirky place, has delightful views to sky and roofline. It has perfect and excellent location due to the strike transport was hard which was n't the hotel's fault, in a such beautiful area. Also, it's minutes from a large street market and other tourist sights.

It was a handy base for walking around. Very nicely furnished room with a large bed, 2 chairs, a dresser and a tv, I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The location seemed convenient to all areas of paris. Plus, an innovative gallery and other nice tourist spots were metres from this hotel. Truly enjoyed my time here.

Everything was perfect, lovely little and reasonably priced hotel. The location of the venue was absolutely perfect, perfectly close to the city centre.

Booked a room with delightful views of the Paris skyline. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were luggage storage, coffee and tea making equipment, and a balcony too.

Some people working there were not particularly friendly.

Fairly clean and the staff was affable. Newly decorated top-class rooms, luxury bathroom, extensive breakfast. Great location, easy walk to everywhere. Truly relaxing area very close to which means easy access to other parts of the city as well as local restaurants in the Latin Quarter.

Amazing location within walking distance of a number of Metro stations.

Magnificent location with restaurants and bars close to the place. Found in a relatively quiet part of the town. New room with large windows, a separate bathroom, as example.

Fantastic little and clean hotel with consistently courteous staff and exceptional views of the Paris skyline including the Eiffel Tower. New bedroom. Great and easy location easy to get to from Roissy airport in a very residential area. Nearby Lockhouse - great place to chill out.

It met needs, had a very nice stay on vacation. The venue was in a central location right by the metro station, 2 metro stops and many affordable restaurants and the Market in rue Mouffetard 10 minutes walk away. Plus, I went to see a market street nearby.

I really enjoyed the room - beautifully maintained and top quality. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bath.

Exceptionally clean, wonderful little hotel built in a contemporary style. Air conditioned & brand-new room, complimentary WiFi, luggage storage, and an electronic safe in there.

The staff were friendly and incredibly kind, nothing to complain about. The double room was top quality and well-organised with a separate bathroom from the toilet. The food was brilliant - variety of options.

Thoroughly enjoyed Paris, the hotel was quaint and modern in an area actually inhabited by the French. The room was pleasantly decorated with a beautiful view over the tree lined boulevard below, and the breakfast was extensive and savoury.

We enjoyed rooms with views across rooftops of paris. It was convenient having very fast internet and luggage storage.

Modern looking building and rooms in a nice parisian style. Nice design of it. Easy location near Luxembourg Garden, Jardin des Plantes, Notre Dame, direct metro connection, and the nearest Metro and pleasant staff. And minutes from a natural history museum.

My breakfast was savoury with organic bread rolls. The staff were pleasant and incredible, it was a bonus. This modern hotel had a central setting near the metro.

Clean, good basic hotel, I really enjoyed perfect little and newly decorated rooms and outstandingly accommodating staff. The breakfast was savoury, with a wide range of different options. The property had a central setting to the RER train from Charles de Gaulle airport.

Continental breakfast with a wide array of brilliant meals to choose from. Really relaxing area, central location right by the Gare d'Austerlitz and the Jardin des Plantes and the delicious Patisserie. Again, walking distance to a market street.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and charming small, had absolutely stunning views of the Paris skyline including the Eiffel Tower. The room was well-equipped and very nicely furnished and the staff was competent. The property had a central position just next door to bus / metro connections, basic shoping like grocery stores and transport.

Our bed was too small.

Hotel turned out to be impeccably clean and the breakfast option was extensive and generous. The rooms were both air conditioned, brand-new, complete with delightful view, 1 double bed, a large bathroom. The staff were caring, comfortable location in a nice residential area.

Had central location close to restaurants and shops. Further, it was short walk to the `` tourist '' center of Paris, two metro stations: San Marcel- and a metro stop and a nice sense of 'neighbourhood' including the very tasty goods and friendly staff at the local patisserie, La Chocolatine.

The location was magnificent and we were close to restaurants and bars.

My room was spacious thanks to the very good staff. The hotel was enchanting and in a central location. And it was close to a tube station. Booked a room with a roll-away double bed. Attentive services were available.

You guys made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The very good budget hotel was wonderful little. The location of the venue was perfect and convenient - not very far from an ancient roman amphitheatre. Truly enjoyed that food was amazing.

Location: the hotel was right by metro station and bus stop as well as different metro lines and restaurants. Really enjoyed lovely small property, we cant wait to come back.

The location was marvellous and convenient, really close to the Sorbonne, Pantheon, Jardin des Plants, Gare d'Austerlitz and the Seine as well as the Eiffel Tower and the Panthéon in the distance. Found time to see Night Statue, that's just a short walk away from the property. The room was perfect little and the view to sky and roofline was pleasant! The rate was £ 122.

The location was unbeatable - close to restaurants and bars. Walking distance to local markets and an outdoor market across the street. Well-appointed rooms with a large bed, 2 chairs, a dresser and a tv, food outstanding.

The room was perfect little and recently renovated and featured high-speed internet and luggage storage. The decor was Parisian and the staff were pretty friendly. The location was particularly good and perfect for me as it was right by metro stations nearby and the main train station 10 minutes by taxi, the main tourist areas and the Catacombs.

Very busy area.

It was truly a really really nice stay during winter time, the hotel met the demands. I could get double room with a street view, liked that. My food for continental breakfast was brilliant and all the staff were immensely pleasant and competent. The location was stunning, just a short walk away from La Science. There was a good restaurant, shops and 2 supermarkets next door.

The staff was accommodating the entire time. The location was stunning and brilliant in the quiet area. Everything was good and within 18 minutes' drive of Orly airport...

I enjoyed the French-style building, unique room. The location was prime, minutes from La Science.

The location in a good area was incredible and there were supermarkets and two supermarkets nearby. Close to restaurants and bars, it was a bonus.

Intimate clean hotel and staff was efficient and accommodating. Our room had an extremely comfy bed, it was new-fashioned. An electric kettle and refrigerators were an advantage. The location was unbeatable and incredible, within walking distance of Night Statue.

We loved this cute hotel and had a really lovely time. The room was perfect and unique with ac, we stayed here for 3 nights.

To be honest I loved how accommodating and incredible the staff is, would come here again The breakfast offered a good choice of DELICIOUS meals. I had double room that also was complete with beautiful big windows, a mini refrigerator plus a nice view. Had stunning and easy location close to everything, minutes from Ki Galerie.

It was fairly clean, and the people were accommodating and patient.

We really loved the perfect location and the stuff was great. 13th arr. District was worth visiting. Modern interior design.
