The personnel was very polite and welcoming as expected. The rooms were perfectly clean as for me, with a bath.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unfriendly.

No complaints whatsoever, we enjoyed this quiet and quaint hotel, can recommend. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, though everything was good. Everyone who worked there was really friendly and amiable.

Thoroughly enjoyed the decent sized and budget queen room with garden view and the way it was setup. The staff there where very very helpful and exceptionally nice. The location in a quiet area was great and lovely and there were supermarkets and shops nearby.

The place is clean and ROMANTIC. Make sure you stay in the double room with garden view.

Pretty friendly and amicable staff and the place was clean. Neat unit with a functional TV. All in all marvellous and incredible setting so close to in about half a hour. Also, very near to metro station.

Truly enjoyed our 2 nights here. Location: the hotel was close enough to a bus hub of Porte de Saint Cloud as well as the Eiffel tower by tube. The restaurant was located within 300 metres. The classic double room was warm, very comfy bed. Everyone from the staff was incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating...

Pleasant property with welcoming staff and charming location in the centre. A huge variety of savoury food for meals. Public parking nearby provided. Everything good. Location so close to Exelmans metro station is, the Triumphal Arch and Opera by a bus and the garden🙂

Relaxing stay, as always. Quaint hotel with neat and budget rooms and a private bathroom. Marvellous, brilliant location in Paris, right by a decent cafe and a bus hub of Porte de Saint Cloud. Breakfast with joghurt, baguette plus the orange juice.
No elevator.

All of the staff was obliging and kind and attentive to guests. Marvellous and charming location - within a walking distance of everywhere we needed. We found it in a lovely area near the bridge nearby, the Triumphal Arch and Opera and out-of-service outlets.
