Appetising food in the restaurant, nice hot breakfast with jam, cornflakes, various breads.

The hotel had a residential location and it was close to a public park. Moreover, the area was extremely safe. I truly enjoyed the room with a balcony.

The room is well-organised with comfy beds, a balcony and 2 windows. A special thanks to extremely helpful staff.

Views are not so great.

The staff was exceptionally nice all day long. We had smooth check in and the rooms were neat with metro good value for money, comfy beds, for instance. The breakfast was really tasty and large and at 9:35, good value for cost.

The hotel was placed in the residential location near a metro station. The staff has always been superbly friendly and really polite, and the facilities were clean.

The room was compact with a double bed, it was a good value for cost. This hotel was set in a residential area not far from Paris for first-time travelers and also to people who are on a budget stay, Cour St Emilion station and restaurant + shops, Parc Bercy and metro and train station.

We were offered a good-sized room with comfortable bed, everything was first-class. It was in an unbeatable location to Bercy Village that has a lot of cute restaurants.

The breakfast was hot with pancakes and croissants, for example and we spent evenings in the lounge bar on-site.

The staff was very welcoming, helped a lot. It was easy to get wheelchair accessible room with the bedroom, a balcony and a baby cot and that's great.

All in all everything was nice, had a just perfect stay for 4 nights. The employees were knowledgeable and attentive. I had a triple room and it was soundproof with a balcony.

Residential location - metres from a cathedral and a tower. The hotel metres from a concert hall and a cinema. Neat room and tea/coffee, it's own little balcony and instant coffee inside.

The location of the venue is marvellous and easy, short walk to the city centre, the metro station, restaurants, stores and Accor Arena and a grocery shop.

Fantastic venue, nice bar area, beautiful location in centre of Paris. Extra care from the really good and very polite staff. Modest rooms with comfortable bed and a larger electric wheelchair plus hot water to make tea, terrific service.

The accommodation had a residential location close to the metro station. Fast food restaurant Resto du Parc was located 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast was really tasty and large, the check in was smooth.

Had amazing stay for 1 night. The location was good and unbeatable - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

We had a very nice stay at this hip new hotel. All food at the American breakfast was freshly made. The check-in was simple, we appreciated lounge bar. You could leave a car next to the hotel. It was in the residential location close to the subway station. There was a traditional restaurant nearby.

The venue is fairly clean and reasonably large with welcoming and accommodating staff members. The breakfast is hot with plenty of dishes.

All in all it was reasonable value, considering prices in Paris. I had new-fashioned triple room with tea, bedroom, the necessary toiletries. The staff were all amazingly nice and amicable. The location was magnificent and stunning, very close to the St Emilion Metro stop is right there, and convenient stores.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The rooms were compact with comfortable bed and the beds were comfortable. The location seemed unbeatable in a very good area.

A pleasant and perfect hotel, my first choice in Paris. Stunning location, exceptionally clean venue, amiable staff. Close to an underground station and comfortable area. Huge and modest room with city view.

I was given a neat and huge room with with the shower as well as a double bed. Just 10 minutes on foot to Cour Saint-Emilion underground, was a big plus.

Sincerely, it was a nice stay for 1 night. The hotel had a marvellous location near cour Saint-Emilion. Close to a museum and a tower that I wanted to see.

It was REALLY ENJOYABLE time in Paris. The staff were pleasant and the facilities provided were clean. The location was incredible and stunning for traveling around Paris, not far from Paris, metro line 14 and Bercy Village.

Everything was good, had a very very good stay for 1 night. We loved rooms with comfortable bed. The hotel was in a practical location, near the metro. Besides, it was just next door to the Public Transportation, shopping place and restaurants and public transport.

Good service, enchanting and decent place. Neat soundproof rooms with hot water to make tea, bedroom plus all the facilities. Competent staff and decent location, perfect for me. Early check in and late check out. A bar in the lobby, convenient. All in all incredible value for money.

I really enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel. The total stay was really good for 1 night. The staff were accommodating from arrival to departure. The traditional restaurant onsite had fresh dishes.

Very small bathroom, Wi-Fi was quite slow.

the bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having central heating, an electronic key card and coffee/tea making facilities. there was a good restaurant, shops and several stores next door.

It's great place for sightseeing and exploring Paris...

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Walking distance to a mini market and a market across the street. Restaurant was right by the property and they provided Halal meals. Nice beds, perfect after a long day in Paris.

We liked this hotel. Besides, private parking was available. The breakfast's price is EUR 12 per person per day.

The location was GREAT, with Partie de campagne nearby. Comfortable beds in the rooms.

800 feet away there is Sushi Yuki. Next door to monochrome for paris and other touristic places...
