The staff was polite and courteous, the accommodation was relaxing and clean. The position was great, close to a tube station. Besides, we were close to restaurants and a zoo. The breakfast was nice hot at the nearby boulangerie and fairly priced.

The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Cavern Club. This hotel was located in a peaceful area.

My stay was special in the Easter holidays. Very good sized and nicely furnished units with LCD TV, comfortable double bed, for example, and the staff were efficient. The location was residential, ideal to the popular tourist attractions.

The staff was efficient and the place was impeccably clean. Overall it was a nice size, with a functional bathroom. The restaurant was very clean, excellent service, fine food.

The staff are very friendly and the location is peaceful away from the center of Paris. Its rooms are very good sized and nicely furnished with beat up mattresses and stool like bench plus great shower for a pleasant stay.

We appreciated this place, it's little. The room is fairly priced.

Spotless rooms with exceptional views. Warm and sensational breakfast, a good choice of food and beverages. Marvellous, perfect location to Le Picotin restaurant which was reccommended by a lot of the guys on here.

The location seemed great and unbeatable to arrive by metro. Ate at Le Bois Dore, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. The breakfast was warm, fairly priced and at the nearby boulangerie.

Very, very nice property staff from the cleaners to the manager. Double room was with an ironing set, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making equipment. We got a bathtub too. The location was particularly good, to the restaurant for the NYE the stole the bag, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. A cool bonus was Cookie Creations, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The units were fine and the staff were pleasant people from the cleaners to the manager. It was in a residential location, to get to all the major tourist attractions as the metro station is a short walking distance. I tried some drinks at restaurant Chinese Tea Bar, located 10 minutes walk away.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Paris. The place was spotless with pleasant staff members. The location in a quite new area was nice and absolutely perfect and there were specialty shops and retailers nearby. 12th arr. District was worth staying in. The restaurant was good and the food was warm.

The units are tastefully decorated, new-fashioned with a great bathroom.

Generally, the place was fantastic and had pleasant and exceptional staff from the cleaners to the manager. It was in a residential setting in a nice, quiet neighborhood. What's more, it was near to the most popular sights as well as metro plus 15 minutes ride from the center of paris.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

It has a good location with private parking. Picpus tube station is just about 200 metres away.

It was decent sized, spotless and with 2 bathrooms. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk away from a modern museum. You could walk to specialty shops and retailers.

All in all, it's wonderful place that has really good and welcoming staff from the cleaners to the manager. The room is well soundproofed with a queen sized bed. The location is perfect and magnificent, just a short walk away from a large park. The airport is 20 km away, easy to get to.

Modern place, it was spotless and had pleasant and exceptional staff with 4 different receptionists. The hotel's location was exceptionally nice to Picpus station.

Residential location comfortable in the neighbourhood. Also - next to storage space, the nearest subway station and Louvre, Rivoli, Bastille, Montmartre.

The accommodation had a residential location close to the tube. Moreover, it was not far from the many boulangeries and cafes, reasonable restuarants and a restaurant called Le Bouche an Oreille on Boulevard de Picpus.

The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was very good sized with a great bathroom.

Fairly clean place accompanied by very-very nice staff. Spotless room, good size bathroom with a bathtub. Early check-in, fast check-out.

Marvellous, perfect location in the really quiet area. Easy to reach from Orly airport, 20 minutes drive. Nice hot and excellent breakfast to start the day with the nearby boulangerie and different cereal and meats.

The breakfast at the hotel was warm at the nearby boulangerie. It was tastefully decorated, neat and with a queen sized bed.

Really enjoyed it from the moment we entered, recommend this place. The breakfast was good hot and excellent with many options! The staff was very very nice when we had questions. Distance to the airport was just 20 km.

The breakfast was fairly priced at the nearby boulangerie, liked it. Had peaceful location very close to metro & supermarket. There was gastropub L'imprevu, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Early check-in, parking on site. New-fashioned and decent sized rooms available with a great bathroom, comfortable double bed, for example. Exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location in the secure area, near Metro stops, Disneyland and other attractions, and the Gare de Lyon.

The room was amazing and pleasantly decorated, included with beat up mattresses, comfortable double bed, for instance. The location was marvellous for getting around, as a subway station was close to the hotel. There was a great restaurant, retailers and a supermarket next door.

Quiet and ideal location within walking distance of a modern museum. Set right by the Eiffel Tower, Paris on October 4, 2015 and a restaurant in the very very nice area.

This hotel met requirements! We were in neat double room. The view was great, the service was POLITE. Our location was magnificent in the centre of Paris. It was a short walk to Le Cosy, where you can have lunch.

It was a really great experience. I loved this small hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was cosy and light. The staff were polite and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

tidy rooms complete with lcd tv, free wifi, a great bathroom. nothing too much trouble and would stay here again.

Residential location of this boutique hotel was a bonus. Everything was modern, but a few employees were not so helpful;)))

Just a walk down to Saveurs de Printemps, where you can have lunch. 4-star hotel in Paris...
