Hotel Local 101 Beaurepaire - Opening July 8Th 2026

Had incredible comfort room with a balcony. The hotel had an awesome and brilliant location, close to a subway station.

Some of the staff were poor.

Good home base for 10 nights with accommodating stuff on the reception desk. Excellant, unbeatable location in 10th arr. District really close to Gare du Nord, Gare de l'est, several bike stations, metro, the metro and a lot of cafe-restaurants around and Republique Metro station.

The twin room that we stayed in was decent sized and functional.

Glad I took classic room, it was brand-new and compact. A personal safe, a work desk, and a TV are available. The hotel boasts very central location on a quiet side street very near to the square.

The location was central, decent to all the landmarks in Paris.

The staff were incredibly nice and amiable day and night.

Its classic room was brand-new with fast WiFi and 2 single beds plus powerful shower. The staff was amicable and respectful. Particularly good location, a subway station was nearby the hotel.

Its rooms were beautifully decorated. The location in a relatively quiet area was excellent and there were a convenience shop and boutiques nearby. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Paris.

The location of the hotel in Paris is marvellous and incredible, very close to most major sites.

We have spent 3 days in classic queen room with bathroom, extra single bed, as for instance.

Compact and a nice size units available with a kettle, fast WiFi and a balcony. Very central location, lovely base for discovering Paris.

The venue's position was very central. Besides, we were close to restaurants and an amusement park. The restaurant onsite was good.

Overall it was compact and beautifully designed with a balcony. Everywhere there was clean. The location was great, not too far from The Centre Pompidou.

Make sure you stay in the twin room with 2 single beds. The location is magnificent and close to an underground station👍

Newly renovated unit with clean bathrooms, 2 single beds, for example. Nice design. Relatively quiet area, very central location close to the Marais and the 9th district where lots of new cool restaurants and shops are, many cafes nearby, and restaurants ans galleries.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

My room was both compact and brand-new with powerful shower and 2 single beds. Its good, very central location was a plus.

Very kind staff, couldn't ask for more. The breakfast was nice, with variety of different options.

Beautifully designed place, it has AFFABLE staff upon check-out. The breakfast is incredibly nice, and the location is amazing close to Republic metro station with several lines branching out all over Paris, Place de la Republique, and various bars.

The location was excellant, not too far from Le Marais.

It had very central location close to Caveau de la Republique. Amicable stuff and everything was good.

Fairly quiet units with a balcony and the bedroom plus a kettle, and the staff were incredible.

My classic queen room had a personal safe, a work desk, and a TV.

Well, the area was not good overall.

The hotel was clean, wonderful relaxing, had amazingly helpful and attentive staff on the reception desk. The rooms were stylish and decent size, had shower facilities and a hairdryer. Everything here was fine. Jacques Bonsergent tube station was 5 min away.

The staff were really kind, with extra attention to the details. The daily breakfast was nice with warm milk.

Thank you for a good stay. The staff are attentive and efficient and I loved their attitude. The location is stunning and magnificent, in central Paris. 200 metres are distance to a restaurant.

The location was excellent, you can visit Canal Saint-Martin by walking. An underground station nearby the property was really handy. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had very clean beds.

Fine place, it was clean and had attentive and respectful staff upon check-out. Hopefully the room was compact with bathroom and powerful shower.

Location: the hotel was near to boutique shops, various bars and Paris. The staff was efficient in managing every request. Had good sleep at the twin room.

Well, it was a such great stay for a short visit. The location of the hotel was marvellous - not too far from La Place.

A pleasant stay in Paris. Neat restaurants onsite. We really enjoyed everything.
