I was very happy with the super-friendly and really polite staff and their impeccable service.

The location was excellent in the city center and the staff here was polite and courteous. I liked the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The place was well-organized and high quality, we enjoyed it. The bed was comfortable, the room was brand-new and had a marvellous view. The staff was very helpful, affable, and everything was modern.

Central location, best base for discovering Paris. Situated in a very quiet area.

The location was central, just off Louvre, all supermarkets, affordable restaurants and tram/metro stations and a bus / tram route. 20th arr. District was definitely worth visiting.

Perfect and marvellous location, close to metro station. Silent and decent sized room, very comfy bed and pillows. Tasty food and impeccable service.

Spacious and silent room with good view, everything was good. The staff were all really kind, welcoming. The location was great and perfect for traveling around Paris, near a tram to Metro Line 3, about 20-30 minutes travel to attractions and several supermarkets.

Good service, excellent quality place. Magnificent and fantastic location near to metro / tram and the airport and other attractions, and great views. Again, not far from Pavillon de l'ermitage.

The hotel's location was excellent, to main central area with a market and small supermarkets within walking distance. The staff was consistently courteous, pleasant.

The bed was not comfortable here.

We have booked king studio with a balcony, cutlery, as for instance for 4 nights.

Their staff were not so helpful.

We truly enjoyed rooms with good wifi. Spent here 6 great days and will be back.

The location is particularly good for exploring Paris. The bets part that it's next to the metro, bus and tram stations, metro and 3 different food shops, and the bus station.

I think the hotel was cool, would stay here again. Every detail there was perfect. The bed was extremely comfy, and I loved to have access to kitchenette. All of the staff were consistently courteous, welcoming.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Came in Paris to relax and have fun, this venue was fantastic base for doing it. 19 minutes drive to airport. Had a kitchen which was convenient...
