Exceptionally comfortable place, wonderful base for shopping. Very impressed with studio and pretty friendly and amiable staff on reservation. Very central location to everything that we wanted to do or see with great views. Also - adjacent to different stores, coffee-shops, restaurants and big food-market.

Separate bedroom. A well appointed kitchenette, excellent air-conditioning, and a safe available.

Convenient and lovely place, welcoming staff on reservation. Great and absolutely perfect location, near a subway station if needed. Based in a touristic area. Nice restaurant and good meal.

The location was comfortable easy to get to attractions, next to a subway station. What we enjoyed was the professional staff.

It has good facilities and marvellous and perfect location right in front of the metro so easy access to metro system.

Convenient and fairly clean place should have higher than 4 star rating, everything is excellent. It has very, very nice and courteous staff team on reservation. The setting is excellent and amazing, just off pharmacies, and many restaurants and convenience. 13th arr. District won't disappoint you.

It was a marvellous location for us, next to An METRO AND SUPERMARKET, eiffel tower, Notre Dame cathedral or Pompidou centre where now a big mall is functioning Les Halles, and Very close to the subway. Plus, it was close enough to Butte-aux-Cailles.

The location was perfect and exceptionally nice for exploring this very very nice area, right by Very near Supermarket, the bus stops, and a huge underground shopping centre with a very large supermarket. The bedroom was great-sized and air conditioned. Thanks to the customer-facing staff everything was really good, including a great selection of local food. The experience was perfectly pleasant and I would come here again.

It's brand-new with great bathrooms.

The location offered was marvellous and absolutely perfect very close to a great shopping mall with excellent supermarket, a Carrefour supermarket, and public transport, shopping area, foods area. Dinner and breakfast food was good!

Btw, the airport was 15 km away. I got complimentary queen studio with all facilities as an upgrade, nice gesture.

My room had odd view.

It was great-sized and air conditioned on level 8, good enough for shopping. All the stuff was amicable, resolved my issues. The service offered was great. The location couldn't be more magnificent and wonderful close to many restaurants.

The units were wonderful and the staff were excellent and really friendly people on reservation. Near a tube station, the location was wonderful and stunning, to major attractions in Paris. Plus, the hotel was situated relatively close to an urban park.

The bed in our room was not very comfortable.

The building is very good, the room is brand-new. The staff are extremely helpful and deserve a 3-star rating.

Modern design of interiors in studio. A well appointed kitchenette, excellent air-conditioning, and a safe box were convenient. Convenient location so close to metro & shops, good restaurants in the local area.

Next to an underground station, the location was perfect and magnificent, in the shopping mall. Moreover, it was 3 km from a 17th-century park.

Magnificent very central location not far from the main Paris attractions, the metro station and a shopping centre and café that are still open late at night.

Nice and fine place with an excellent view. Great and unbeatable position in the very practical area, right by Gare de Nord subway station, a shopping mall + supermarket and the huge Carrefour supermarket.

Too expensive room.

The total stay was pleasant on our next visit to Paris. We were given a studio upon arrival.

Location - PERFECT, next to nearby public transport, shopping area, foods area, the shopping mall next door and 3 Metro Lines. Also, very close to the Place Italy station.

The location was convenient and perfect and next to a bus station. Plus it was in a very nice area.

The staff was polite and incredibly nice, the room was air-conditioned. The location was particularly good, a 10-15 minute walk from a public park.

We greatly enjoyed the size of the room - brand-new, plus it was functional. Had a big fridge and a microwave at our disposal. The staff were professional, with extra attention to the details.

Everything was great during 3 days, liked its marvellous and perfect location short walk to over a 130 boutiques, 3 Metro Lines, Busstops and a taxi station, bakeries and cafes and the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe.

Modern accommodation with perfect setting just off SHOPS AND FOOD AND TRANSPORT.

The location for Paris was particularly good and unbeatable, short walk to a shopping mall and 30 second walk to metro, and the roundabout. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved 13th arr. District.

Location very close to café that are still open late at night as well as especially the huge Carrefour supermarket to keep costs down. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Early check in and late check out.

Beds were a little hard.

The queen studio we stayed in was great-sized and air conditioned with double bed.

This was an excellent stay for the weekend. Quiet and functional units in 1 bedroom apt, we greatly enjoyed it. The location was magnificent and wonderful, near an underground station.

The staff were knowledgeable at all times, the rooms was neat. The hotel had a central position near to metro, the Italie 2 mall and 6. 13th arr. District was worth exploring.

I liked magnificent location, pleasant staff. Besides, it was very close to the Gare du Nord, nearby public transport, shopping area, foods area and Paris.

All in all, it was fantastic base for travelling to Paris. It was reasonably priced.

It had not particularly comfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

I've booked studio and everything was perfect. The location was optimal, at a walking distance from Dr House. Plus, it was short walk to the metro, and metro station where 3 lines option are there...

The room with large windows. The cost was £ 80. It had very central location close to Le Chat. And the area was lively, very close to Paris, shops and restaurants, and supermarket.

The hotel was great, about 100 feet from the subway station. A well-equipped kitchen was complete with a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge. The friendly staff at the property. Also, free WiFi was provided.

The hotel was located near a metro station. You can also visit Hippopotamus that offers excellent meals.
