Stayed in studio with kitchenette which was perfect for me.

Everything was good, so were great views to a garden. Overall it was well-appointed and neat, with a separate bathroom.

Great and perfect location, 4 km from city centre.

The rooms were a nice size, there was a comfortable bed. I greatly enjoyed its view over city. The location to a museum and a tower set walking distance to the hotel was comfortable and peaceful.

Smooth check in & the service was helpful! Marvellous and perfect position near a subway station.

Location - marvellous next to restaurants and takeaways, Metro and Supermarkets and Easy to find.

Beds were very hard.

The location was particularly good, lovely to have the garden to have breakfast in with easy access to a market and a bakery.

It is a perfect property located in 13th arr. District very close to 2 metro stations, Campo Formio and Nationale, centre of Paris and a supermarket. The location is comfortable and marvellous, close to everything.

Great and unbeatable location near main attractions and a tube station. Great restaurant approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The location turned out to be great. The fact that Campo Formio tube station was some 5 minutes away was a plus. All of the staff members where extremely great and courteous.

It had great location a super close walk to Thomas Cubitt Statue. Thoroughly enjoyed our studio.

The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a really quiet area, very close to 2 metro stations of different lines, birds of many types, and the more touristy areas. Got king studio with comfy beds when arrived, enjoyed that. A microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator were a big plus.

Modern and perfect hotel located in a pretty quiet area near Place D'Italie shopping centre and transport as well as Porte d'Italie, which is about 10-15 minute walk away. Excellent service and great and comfortable location, great for our needs.

The weather was warm, had very positive stay for a Paris visit. Close to an underground station, the location was perfect and magnificent, very near to a local supermarket which came in very handy. Besides, the hotel was 2 km away from a public garden.

The setting is great, it's so close to cafes/restaurants, most attractions and centre of gastronomic excellence. The hotel provides a fantastic service. The staff is very kind and accommodates all of guests' needs.

Everything was fine, thoughtful staff, magnificent views to a garden. We had compact and neat room with smoke detectors. The bed was comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows.

The location was magnificent and marvellous, next to a restaurant, and main tourist attractions. For evening meal I visited Royal Bombay, since it was a few steps away from the hotel.

It was fairly clean inside. In my case they offered wheelchair accessible room with a garden, great views to a garden, as example and that was great. The hotel was in a marvellous and perfect location, near a subway station.

Marvellous location near public transport of all kinds, Very close to 2 metro stations, and supermarkets in a really quiet area. Again, not far from Jardin des Plantes. Very impressed with the nice view from our studio. Hypoallergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed.

My compact and new-fashioned room came with lovely bathroom with shower, large blanket in the bed, as example. The entire staff was extremely helpful and thoughtful. The location was good, walking distance to a museum and a tower. Besides, I was walking distance to a garden and a river.

we booked generally clean and updated studio with 2 beds and could use wake-up service, available in it. the staff was all really kind.

I had an updated queen studio with a particularly nice view to a garden. The location in a pretty nice area was marvellous and unbeatable and there were supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. Being near a subway station was a bonus.

It was really perfect 3-star hotel as stated in the description. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from Jardin des Plantes. And the area was safe, just next door to the metro system, and many retaurants, cafes and grocery stores.

Fairly clean and ideal place, has nice views to a garden. It has magnificent, convenient setting, adjacent to '' Nationale '' as well as the city centre. Don't forget to explore 13th arr. District.

The room I got was tidy with clean comfortable beds as well as services included. All the employees were pleasant and courteous. They had a smooth check-in. Besides, the area was great, next to Ki Galerie.

The queen studio was tidy and updated with windows on a shopping mall. The location was marvellous: supermarkets and convenience stores were within walking distance...

The weather was warm, had very relaxing stay. The location was practical and the stuff members where GENTLE. Besides, the area was peaceful, next to Le Chat. You could leave a car onsite.

We loved having a well-equipped kitchen. The setting of hotel was good.
