Our rooms at this place were nicely decorated and modern with a lovely big shower. The property was in the heart of the city.

Unbeatable and magnificent location to the roundabout, met needs well. Moreover, it was so close to the metro station and direct line to the Eiffel Tower, disneyland and a monoprix supermarket.

Residential location was a plus. The whole staff was really helpful. I was here for 2 days and would stay here again.

Comfortable hotel located right by several metro lines and the RER A, Daumesnil park and Paris Zoo, and Daumesnil metro station. Super-friendly and attentive people working here. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Comfortable location, very close to two useful train stations. And close to La Fontaine aux Lions.

The location minutes away from a tube station was relatively quiet and unbeatable, most places in Paris were within reach.

Make sure to get studio suite with microwave, dishwasher, as example. The location is EXCELLENT and near a subway station. 12th arr. District deserves to be explored.

The location was relatively quiet, specially it was minutes away from an underground station which was useful. You could walk to a market and 2 supermarkets. Room was tastefully decorated and new-fashioned and available with microwave. Truly enjoyed the comfortable decor.
