Extremely friendly staff and pretty standard and comfortable place. Exceptionally nice and unbeatable location, especially for me. Found in a beautiful part of the town. Modern & bright room with a nice bathroom.

The rooms were brand-new, soundproof, and beds were extremely comfy. Everything was really good. The venue's position was very central. Plus the hotel was near pubs and restaurants.

Convenient central location close enough to market, a good brasserie, a nice patisserie for breakfast and a bakery for tasty sandwiches, the subway station and bus and Goncourt metro stations. The staff was helpful and very responsive. The room I received was brand-new and modern.

It is NEWLY REMODELLED and fairly clean hotel, and location is particularly good. The room is modern and soundproof and has a brand new bathroom. The staff is superfriendly and consistently courteous. Very good service and the food is cheap. What is more, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a bonus.

Everything was really good, I loved my stay. The location was exceptionally nice and perfect for walking around Canal Saint-Martin. You could walk to a supermarket and a local supermarket. Very generous and excellent staff was available all the time.

Marvellous setting, close enough to the Goncourt metro station, Paris and lovely canal Saint Martin and republique square.

This was a pretty standard and exceptionally comfortable place to stay. The room was impeccably clean and brand-new and I appreciated the urban-style building. The location was unbeatable close to Goncourt Metro station, next to a bus station. Choosing for lunch Le Petit Pekin, which is situated 200 metres away was a good idea.
