The location was unbeatable as a museum and monuments were close to the hotel. Small king room I stayed at was perfect little on the lower floors.

The rooms with a nice bathroom, new style, for example, best and excellent staff with that experience from the receptionist. Location - exceptionally nice, very close to the local shops / cafes / restaurants, even walking and good bars. Again, walking distance to Sainsbury's.

Appreciated hot and delicious breakfast options with foods such as coissants and pastries, as example. Triple room I stayed at was beautifully decorated with a terasse.

The breakfasts were good hot and delicious with cheese and bacon, for instance. The location was lovely as it was close to restaurants and bars. We greatly enjoyed that an underground station was close to the hotel.

I found boiled eggs, cereals, yoghourt, and croissants to be brilliant. The room was luxurious, nicely decorated and complete with a balcony, bath, for instance. The location was good, at a moderate distance from Westminster Cathedral.

Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

Decent staff members with the fantastically cheerful receptionist. Nice location in a non-touristy neighborhood and easy access to a shopping area and a market.

The food offer is excellent. The rooms are well priced with a comfy bed, a good bathroom plus dreamy French touches. The location is central, very close to two attractions - 15 minute walk to the Montparnasse cemetery and Pernety metro station which is 2 stations away from Montparnasse. It's a 10-15 minute walking distance from La Cantine du Troquet, spent evening there.

The location absolutely perfect and excellent almost opposite the metro entrance for pernety a fantastic bonus. A good choice of options for breakfast, good hardboiled eggs, cereals, yoghourt, coffee, and croissants.

Beds were a bit hard.

Fab hardboiled eggs, cereals, yoghourt, tea, and croissants at breakfast. Great value and well decorated room available with a nice bathroom, a nice view, for instance. Convenient and decent location, within easy walking distance of Fresque Bouquet Fleuri. Set next to an underground station in the very nice area.

The place was charming little and had highly courteous staff at the reception desk, really enjoyed the stay. The location offered was absolutely perfect close to Fruit shop where u can get water, and the Tour Montparnasse.

It's a well-run hotel in Paris. The staff are hugely helpful. The breakfast offers a huge variety of boiled eggs, cereals, yoghourt, coffee and croissants. As for me, the location is comfortable, in a non-tourist ridden area of Paris. Plus, it's in 14th arr. District, adjacent to the Montparnasse train station as well as Charles de Gaulle airport.

Hot breakfast with fruit and cafes nearby and frankfurters, amicable employees.

Sincerely, it was a very very good stay for 5 nights. The room was a nice size, and luxurious, with climate control, a hair dryer, and a safe box. Next to a subway station, the location was handy and decent, to underground trains. We tried some restaurants, including L'arequier which boasted an excellant cuisine.

Enjoyed that the hotel was functional and had amicable staff with the fantastically cheerful receptionist. The restaurant was nice which served fresh sashimi with great service here, I had fresh dishes. The particularly good location near a tube station was just what I needed. You could walk to different shops and several stores.

Fresh croissants, cereal, hardboiled eggs and yoghourt to every taste. Extremely comfy beds in our single room. Fab location to Night Statue. Very close to nice cafes for breakfast, nice bakeries & eateries around, and taxi.

Small double room with a terrace, had essentials required. The hotel's position was unbeatable, very close to the Montparnasse train station, Pernety metro which is 6 or 7 stops from the Champs Elysees and eating the food in Paris anyway.

New-fashioned triple room with the balcony where the picture comes from as well as a clean bathroom. Warm breakfast with frankfurters and coissants, for example and VERY GOOD service. Absolutely perfect location, very nice area, so close to public transport, the Montparnasse interchange, which specialises in flights of stairs and many boulangeries / patisseries.

It's a recently refurbished hotel, the staff are best and the breakfast is delicious! The property has a convenient location, it's next to a subway station.

immaculate room, new-fashioned with 2 single beds. delightful area, central location just off restaurants, the train station and a fantastic parisian suburb. situated only 1 km from an open - air street market.

Ideal place for a 3-night stay. Located in the quiet area...

The location was near to arc de triomphe which I wanted to visit. Customer service was GREAT.
